Provide an option to switch the node colour scheme.

High-contrast colours (Black and Green) work well for users with visual imparement, not so great for general usability – in my case sustained exposure using v2.1.2 is giving me a headache and eye-strain.

Is there anyway to get this as settings / preferences option, or even a palette (or perhaps just a switch to ‘classic’ scheme)?

I’m going to have to go back to the 2.0 beta at this rate.
