mindmapping mode

add mind-mapping mode (inspired by freemind/freeplane)

i.e.

when switched to MM mode:
a) arrows jump across existing nodes (not freely moving hand cursor)
b) Ins adds node to currently selected node
c) Ctrl-Arrow moves node and all sub-nodes in the direction of the arrow
d) ? SPACE hides/unhides selected node sub-nodes
e) ENTER creates sibling of currently selected node
