CNG 2.1.4 installation – "This directory cannot be written"

Running Mac 10.9 with latest Java 7 install.

In installation process comes up with default installation location
/Applications/CompendiumNG

Upon clicking “Next”, comes up with error message

“This directory cannot be written! Please choose another directory!”

I’ve checked the other forum messages re Installation Mac on shell scripts, terminals ets but I don’t understand how they relate to this, if they do at all.

Hi Adam,

thank you for reporting this. We are currently switching the version of our installer (iZpack) hopefully this will be resolved in the upcomming release. I will keep you posted here when we have a test version ready.
